Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to your data when you use zainhamza.com. It is written against what the site actually does — if the site changes, this page changes with it.

Who is responsible

Zain Hamza, a web developer. For privacy questions or requests about information you have shared, write to hello@zainhamza.com. I reply from the same address.

What you choose to share

The site has two forms — the contact page and the “let’s discuss” popup. Both ask for the same things:

• your name and email address, so I can reply;
• your company or website, if you give one;
• your message;
• the budget range and the service you pick from the two dropdowns.

The information you enter is used locally to prepare your email draft. You decide whether to send it.

There are no accounts or newsletter subscriptions. The original template’s analytics integration is disabled. The hosting provider may process standard request logs.

Where it goes

The contact forms prepare a draft in your email application. No form data is posted to this website or sent automatically. If you send the draft, your email provider delivers it to hello@zainhamza.com. You can also email that address directly.

I do not sell enquiry information or share it with advertisers.

What the site stores in your browser

Animation state, including pt-pos, is stored in sessionStorage to support page transitions. The template may also store navigation context in the current session. Contact-form contents are not saved there, and session data is cleared when the tab is closed.

The site sets no cookies of its own.

Analytics

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are disabled on this website. For information about Google services, see its own privacy policy. You can manage Google services using Google’s opt-out add-on or by blocking the script in your browser — the site works exactly the same either way.

Hosting and logs

This website is configured for Vercel hosting. The hosting provider may process standard request logs, including IP addresses, browser information, and requested pages. This website does not store contact form submissions.

Outbound links

The design-reference pages contain third-party examples, not projects claimed as Zain Hamza’s work. External websites and your email provider operate under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have shared by emailing hello@zainhamza.com is enough.
